1. Learning Benefits
The course of I-Learning for Literature will help the student’s competence in applying Internet-based learning for English literature. It is useful for students when they apply I-Learning for analyzing and teaching English literature, including poetry, prose and drama. Further, this course will strengthen the skills of internet-based learning for literature, making it useful both academically and practically in the workplace and everyday life .
2. Course Description
I- Learning for Literature is an optional course for undergraduate students of English Language and Literature, for literary specialization students who have taken Introduction to English Literature, English Poetry, English Prose, and English Drama courses. In this course, the students will learn the theory and practice of internet-based learning for English literature. Once able to explain internet-based learning theory for literature, the students apply I-Learning for English literature, including poetry, prose, and drama.

- After reviewing previous meeting and presenting materials, each meeting will be made a model of small group discussion and exercises.
- The results of the group discussions and exercises will be presented in front of the class to be responded by the class participants.
- At the end of each meeting, the students will review their materials and skills.
- Lecturer will conclude the overall custodian of the material.

The Scope of I-Learning for Literature
The Scope of I-Learning for Literature includes the theory of internet-based learning, the relation between internet and literature, and cyberliterature. To understand the theory of internet-based learning, the users should read the e-books Internet [Based] Learning edited by Deane French and Others; Web-Based Learning edited by Roger Bruning and Others; and Handbook of Online Learning edited by Kjell Erik Rudestam and Judith Schoenholtz-Read. To understand the relation between internet and literature, the users should read e-books The Routledge Companion to Literature and Science edited by Bruce Clarke and Manuela Rossini; Introduction to Literary Studies written by Mario Klarer; and Teaching and Learning English Literature written by Ellie Chambers and Marshal Gregory. To understand cyberliterature, the users should read Beyond the Screen edited by Jorgen Schafer and Peter Gendolla; Cybertext Perspectives on Ergodic Literature written by Espen J. Aarseth; Hypertext Handbook: The Straight Story written by Andreas Kitzmann; Hypertext 3.0 written by George P. I-Learning Program
I-Learning for Literature is an internet-based learning program for teaching-learning literature. In this program, the users are able to study the theory of internet-based learning and its application on English Literature. This program is designed to answer theoretical questions--what is internet-based learning? what is the relation between internet and literature? what is cyberliterature?--and practical questions--how can it be applied for teaching and learning English Literature? how can the users search for English Literature? how can the users design of I-Learning for Literature? All questions will be answered in a systematic way to achieve the competency standard based on its basic competence of each unit.
